WHISTLE

I have completed a grand task
my body is exhausted and tired
but the joy of the completion
prompts an old tune from within
a jolly vibration of many sounds
released in tempo from my lips
with a progression of a melody
it lights up mood and moment
I use my nostalgia to my praise.
