it has my experience that a persons mental wellness, simply boils down to how you see yourself on the daily, will determine your wellbeing in mind and soul, and that a positive self image will lead to your best life …

but as you grow older, you observe that your own self image does not always stay in place forever, and time and/or events can damage a positive self image, which you must then word to gain back, and in a solemn manner try and maintain your authentic positive self image the best you can …

for how you see yourself, determines how you think and feel about yourself, and if you love yourself humbly, you feel good in general, and that in the end is the true purpose of why we do anything, breathe, eat, drink, find shelter, socialize, seek out love, long for children and seek a legacy.
