YET ANOTHER

Cancer is such a dutiful servant
catering to the whims of Death
always socializing with people
getting around in human lives
an energetic invisible shadow
that strikes good people down
as it has just done once more
taking away yet another friend
from her family and young son
with no explanation provided.
