In my daily duties
the advance of output
the calendar reminders
meetings and e-mails
the social media glancing
the phone in my hand
the news in my ears
the stories of dread
I always have somewhere
that I need to be, somehow
habit?, do I really need it?
or does my family need it?
the money and toil exist
but I escape sometimes
I take my time, to write
be the man inside the ego
