Saturn Day Morning
The day is ripped open
by another arduous hike
the elevation is steep
thousand meters upward
my circular blood system
will pump and puff
oxygen will demand entry
to my lungs domain
my body and legs
will keep up with ambition
but the view will
match my expectation
and the effort will be
justified and celebrated
and rewarded fully
with an emboldened ego
and grilled food.
