THE GYM
I hit the gym often. Not as much as I did in the past, but still several mornings a week. Now it is for muscle and endurance maintenance, ill health prevention and keeping my Testosteronal value up, where they belong.
I trained much harder in my youth, as one does of course. I looked good back then, six pack abs, slender and toned. Shit, I should have taken more pictures of myself back then. On second thought, no.
It would have been downright silly taking pictures of my vain self in a mirror, and then sending the 35 mm films to Kodak, for processing. The people at Kodak would have laughed themselves stupid, at my vain expense. For good reason too.
