TAKE OFF

Morning coffee fills me
with warmth and wake
sets me up for a take off
into my new open day
where I plan to have me
a day with no plan at all
simply unwind n’ venture
and drift from one place
to the next venue forth
for that is the true mark
of a vacation unplanned.
