CHICKEN SALAD
I am making my, favorite meal
which will improve, how I feel
my chicken salad is my choice
all family members do rejoice
for I love to cook for them all
they all await my dinner’s call
I roast a chicken till it’s brown
fry the bacon and go to town
I cut salad, tomato, red union,
knifework truly, is my dominion
I put black olives n’ Feta cheese
I crush Doritos over, with ease
in a giant bowl I everything mix
looking forward to, get my fix
table was set with fork n’ plate
we sat and the whole thing ate.
