Purpose, my purpose, a purpose?
is there a purpose for us to fulfill?
is there a divine or spiritual task for us to complete?
I think about this more and more.
My answer used to be: Yes, I have a purpose
to make the most of myself in life,
to be the best version of myself,
to be a kind and noble human being to all.
But I cannot help to wonder about
these beliefs that I acquired for myself,
are they my own or my cultures product?
producing a collective belief of good.
So today I rest on the solemn opinion,
to each to his own, is one’s purpose,
duties to your family and surroundings,
to your values, your loves and virtues.
