To the man inside
that I had to hide
the sensitive soul
reaching his goal
feeling unfulfilled
his creative killed
hardship did yield
an alternative field
strength of a pen
returned to men
a man himself lost
recovered at a cost
his truth brings joy
his courage a ploy
written words sent
