THE JOY OF FRIDAY
It is a good Friday, as Friday’s go
or Frigg’s Day, by it’s original name,
I am reminded of the great nights
of my past Fridays, all the parties,
the wilds stunts, the country dances,
the romantic dinners and drinks,
the late dancing, the love making,
and all of the fun that life gave me,
on those end of the week staples,
rewarding me with so very many
effortless smiles, laughter and joy.
